The Challenge
The client had a pet-care ecommerce store generating around $500 in weekly sales. They wanted to grow, but needed a clearer understanding of what was holding the business back and where to focus their efforts.
The challenge was to make the store and its marketing work together. Bringing visitors to a website is only one part of ecommerce growth. Customers also need to understand the product, feel confident in the brand and find it easy to complete their purchase.
How the Client Connected With Brand2Sale
The client contacted Brand2Sale for help with their store and its growth. We began by discussing their products, existing sales, marketing activity and business goals.
That first conversation helped us define the scope of the project: review the existing setup, identify areas that needed attention and create a clearer plan for moving forward.
Understanding the Problems
Before making changes, we reviewed the customer journey—from the first interaction with an advertisement to the product page and checkout.
Our review focused on the store’s layout, mobile experience, product information, purchase options and marketing setup. We looked for places where shoppers might hesitate, lose interest or struggle to find the information they needed.
We also reviewed how the product was presented. For a pet-care brand, shoppers need clear answers about what the product does, how to use it and why it may be suitable for their pet. The goal was to make that information easier to understand without overwhelming the page.
Rebuilding the Store Experience
With the priorities identified, we developed and customized the store around the client’s brand and products.
We worked on creating a more consistent shopping experience, organizing the content and presenting the product offer clearly. The store needed to help visitors move naturally from learning about the product to choosing a purchase option.
We also focused on the mobile experience so that shoppers arriving from advertising could browse and buy comfortably on their phones.

Connecting the Store With the Marketing
Once the store setup was ready, we aligned the marketing with the updated shopping experience.
The focus was on keeping the message consistent: the offer customers saw in an advertisement should match what they found on the website. We developed a plan for testing messages and creatives, reviewing performance and deciding what to improve next.
Rather than treating the initial setup as the end of the project, we continued reviewing the store and campaigns together.
Making Improvements as the Business Grew
As activity increased, we used performance information to guide the next steps. We reviewed which approaches were attracting interest, where visitors were dropping off and which areas needed further attention.
This ongoing work helped us make more informed decisions about the store, marketing and growth priorities. Changes were reviewed and refined as the business developed.

The Result
During the engagement, the store grew from approximately $500 to $50,000 in weekly sales—a 100× increase.
The project brought store development, customization and growth support together under one plan. For Brand2Sale, the focus was to give the client a stronger ecommerce foundation and support its development as sales increased.
